Basierend auf dem Schnitt meiner Wollpullover nähe ich diese Pullover aus Baumwolle. Das Material ist 100% GOTS Bio-Baumwolle. Gefärbt mit Walnusschalen. Walnuss ist eine sehr schöne Farbe. Kurz nach dem Färben ist es ein dunkleres braun und geht über in ein graues rosé-beige-braun. Ich mage jede einzelne Farbvariante sehr.

Weite Einheitsgröße. Die Personen auf den Fotos sind alle ungefähr 173cm groß und tragen sonst eine M oder 40. Ich trage meistens alles sehr weit.

Die Vorbehandlung des Stoffes vor dem Färben erfolgt mit Sojamilch. Die Pullover können ganz normal, auch bei 30-40 Grad Celsius in der Waschmaschine gewaschen werden.

Über das Nähen: Neben Fotografie interessiere ich mich schon lange für das Nähen. Seit meiner Jugend nähe ich immer mal wieder Kleidung für mich. Seit ein paar Jahren wieder mehr. Ausgangspunkt ist immer, dass ich ein Kleidungsstück benötige oder etwas bestimmtes tragen will. Vor langer Zeit habe ich darüber nachgedacht, Mode zu studieren. Ich habe es nicht gemacht, vielleicht besser, da ich nicht in dieser Modeindustrie arbeiten möchte. Inzwischen nähe ich eine kleine Kollektion zeitloser, schlichter Teile. Ich nähe alles selbst in kleinen Stückzahlen und manchmal unter dem Apfelbaum in meinem Hof. Ich arbeite ausschließlich mit 100% natürlichen und meistens nachhaltig erzeugten Stoffen. Wolle, Baumwolle, Leinen. Ich mag den Prozess des Nähens und das Ergebnis.

I dyed the fabric with walnut. It's my very favourite Colour. First it is a darker brown and will fade into a greyish rosé-beige-brown. And I love every single colour. 100% GOTS organic Cotton.

It is onesize and a kind of oversize look. I would say it's an L. All people on the photos are around 173cm and normally wear an M/L. I ususally wear everything very wide and large.

I do the Pre-Treatment of the fabric with Soymilk. The Sweaters can be washed in a normal washing machine at 30-40 Degrees Celsius.

About my Sewing Process: Besides Photography I really like to sew. I am sewing clothes for myself since my youth. Once upon a time I thought about studying fashion design. I did not, maybe better because I do not want to work in this fashion industry. Now I sew a small collection of timeless pieces that embrace simplicity. I sew everything by myself in small quantities and sometimes under the apple tree in my courtyard. I only work with natural and mostly organic fibres.
