Diese Schafe leben auf der Halbinsel Möchgut, Insel Rügen. Ich hatte das Glück ein paar Stunden mit ihnen zu verbringen, gemeinsam mit ihnen über die Hügel zu laufen und sie zu fotografieren. Ein sehr beeindruckendes und beruhigendes Erlebnis.
In dieser Gegend habe ich auch vor einigen Jahren erste Wiesen fotografiert. Die Schafe sind Grauwollige oder Rauhwollige Pommersche Landschafe und leben in der Bio-Schäferei Westphal in Groß Zicker, Halbinsel Mönchgut im Biosphärenreservat Südost-Rügen. Aus der Wolle dieser Schafe wird auch der dichte warme Wollstoff gewonnen, aus dem ich meine grauen Wollpullover nähe.
Der Versand erfolgt flach in einer stabilen Mappe aus fester Graupappe und in einem Wellpappe Paket.
Für die Rahmung empfehle ich Objektrahmen und Museumsglas (entspiegelt und UV Schutz)

These sheep live on the island Ruegen (Baltic Sea) in the north of Germany. I was so lucky to spend some hours with them on these beautiful hills. I also took there first photos of meadows several years ago. I am deeply impressed by their peaceful atmosphere. These sheep are called "Grauwolliges Pommersches Landschaf" - they live at sheep farm Westphal, Gross Zicker, Halbinsel Moenchgut im Biosphaerenreservat Suedost-Ruegen. It's the area were I started taking photos of meadows some years ago. A wonderful area. I also highly recommend a visit of Pfarrwitwenhaus in Gross Zicker, a museum with a beautiful garden.
I suggest object frames and non-reflecting museum glass with UV-Protection.
